End of Year Honor

Elly made us proud at the end of her second grade year by earning the Scholastic Achievement Award for her class. Only two students out of each class are selected to receive it, and guess who the other student was? It was a bit of a relief when Merilana and I found out that both Tristan and Elly would be getting it so that nobody’s feelings would be hurt. Most teachers choose one boy and one girl to keep things fair, but we think Mrs. Whiffen was looking out for our girls. :) Way to go, girls!
